Note:

Before performing "Direct Unlock" ("Repair S/N", "Repair IMEI", "Repair Network") operation for SM-G350 (GT-S7580, GT-S7582, GT-S7390, GT-S7392, GT-S7392L), you need to root the phone manually (root procedure is described in software manual for each phone separately and can be accessed via "Help" button in the software).
