Octoplus/Octopus Box LG v1.4.5 is out! Added additional support for LG D820 and LG D821; also added support for LG P713TR!

Octoplus/Octopus Box LG Software v1.4.5 Release Notes

  • Added support for the following models:
    • D820 - added Root Device, Unroot Device, Unlock Bootloader, Lock Bootloader, improved Unlock and Repair IMEI operations (from now, firmwares with Android 4.4.2 are also supported, it is not necessary to downgrade firmware version. Also, no need to perform Unlock Bootloader and Root Device operations before to make Unlock or Repair IMEI - Software will do this automatically).
    • D821 - added Root Device, Unroot Device, Unlock Bootloader, Lock Bootloader, improved Unlock and Repair IMEI operations (from now, firmwares with Android 4.4.2 are also supported, it is not necessary to downgrade firmware version. Also, no need to perform Unlock Bootloader and Root Device operations before to make Unlock or Repair IMEI - Software will do this automatically).
    • P713TR - added Direct Unlock, Write Firmware, Repair IMEI, Repair BT Address, Repair Security, Write Security Backup, Read/Write/Repair NVM, Read Full Flash (Dump NAND), Reset Screen Lock (included Reset Password, Pin and Pattern locks).
  • All supported operations are described in details in Software manuals (Cable & Manual button in the Software).

Note!

  • After performing Unlock or Repair IMEI operations for D820 and D821, 3G network will become unavailable (2G networks will still work). At the moment developers are working on the solution on how to activate 3G. If you wish to return your device to the previous state, before it was unlocked or had IMEI repaired, just write first security and NVM backups to the device.
