Octoplus/Octopus Box LG Software v1.4.2 Release Notes

  • Added support for the following models:
    • F320K - added world's first Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair Security, Repair Wi-Fi MAC Address, Repair BT Address, Write Security Backup, Read/Write/Repair NVM, Root Device, Read Full Flash (Dump NAND), Reset Screen Lock (including Reset Password, Pin, Pattern, Face, Google locks) (thanks to Mr. ..:::MAMi:::..).
    • F320L - added world's first Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair Security, Repair Wi-Fi MAC Address, Repair BT Address, Write Security Backup, Read/Write/Repair NVM, Root Device, Read Full Flash (Dump NAND), Reset Screen Lock (including Reset Password, Pin, Pattern, Face, Google locks) (all operations in Test Mode).
    • F320S - added world's first Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair Security, Repair Wi-Fi MAC Address, Repair BT Address, Write Security Backup, Read/Write/Repair NVM, Root Device, Read Full Flash (Dump NAND), Reset Screen Lock (including Reset Password, Pin, Pattern, Face, Google locks) (all operations in Test Mode).
    • D800, D800P, D801, D801BK, D801WH, D801Z, D802, D802T, D802TR, D803, D805, D806 - added Read Full Flash (Dump NAND), improved Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair BT, Repair Wi-Fi MAC Address, Write Security Backup, Repair Security (it is not necessary to root the device, not necessary to enable "USB Debugging" Mode! From now, all operations are executed through Normal Mode!).
    • L-06C, V900, V909, V909DW, V909DWDU - improved Unlock and Repair operations; with this update you can repair device with any firmware from Support Area, it is not necessary to re-flash the device after repairing!
  • All supported operations are described in details in Software manuals ("Cable & Manual" button in the Software).

How to Repair D80x devices that were damaged by the previous software versions:

  1. Put the phone into Download Mode (disconnect the cable, power the phone off, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable).
  2. Install necessary driver.
  3. Press "Write Backup" button in the software and select security backup file that previous software version made before damaging device.
  4. Your device is repaired :)

How to Repair L-06C, V900, V909, V909DW, V909DWDU:

  1. Put device into Nvidia boot-recovery Mode (re-connect the USB cable, press and hold "Vol+" + "Vol-" buttons for 1-3 seconds and press "Reset" button).

    As a result - "APX" device will appear in PC Device Manager.
  2. Download and install manually for this device Nvidia Boot Recovery Driver. As a result - "APX" device will appear as "NVIDIA Nvidia USB Boot-recovery driver for Mobile devices" in PC Device Manager.
  3. Select device model from the list.
  4. Select any firmware from Support Area for this device.
  5. Press "Repair" button and wait till the process will be finished.
  6. Your device is repaired :)
